N2  - (1) Rubus adscitus GENEV. kommt in Deutschland nicht nur im Saarland, sondern auch in Aachen (Nordrhein-Westfalen) und im Südschwarzwald (Baden-Württemberg) vor. (2) Für R. condensatus P. J. MÜLL. werden unpublizierte, überwiegend ältere Nachweise genannt. Die Art ist identisch mit dem aus der Schweiz beschriebenen R. densiflorus GREMLI. (3) Auf der Grundlage des Basionyms R. leucandrus subsp. belgicus H. E. WEBER wird R. hermes MATZK. als Art validiert. In diesem Zusammenhang wird das Synonym R. weihei LEJ. lectotypisiert. (4) R. palaefolius MATZK. wird als neue Art der Serie Discolores (P. J. MÜLL.) FOCKE beschrieben und abgebildet. Er kommt in Nordrhein-Westfalen und Rheinland-Pfalz vor. Die Unterschiede zu R. flaccidus P. J. MÜLL., mit dem er bislang verwechselt wurde, sind dargestellt. (5) Die als R. praestans H. E. WEBER bekannte Art wurde bereits 1906 beschrieben, allerdings in der Rangstufe einer Varietät (R. pyramidalis var. insignis WIRTG. ex SUDRE). (6) Die Verbreitung von R. fimbriifolius P. J. MÜLL. & WIRTG. in Deutschland ist enger begrenzt als früher angenommen; eine mit dieser Sippe verwechselte Art der Serie Radula (FOCKE) FOCKE wird als R. roberti MATZK. neu beschrieben. Der letztere wächst in der Eifel, im östlichen
Hunsrück und im Nahebergland (Rheinland-Pfalz).
N2  - (1) Rubus adscitus GENEV. occurs in Germany not only in the Saarland but also in Aachen (North Rhine-Westphalia) and in the Black Forest (Baden-Wuerttemberg). (2) New findings of R. condensatus P. J. MÜLL. are presented here. It is conspecific with R. densiflorus GREMLI and was shown to occur in Switzerland as well. (3) R. hermes MATZK. founded on the basionym R. leucandrus subsp. belgicus H. E. WEBER is validated as a species. In this context the name R. weihei LEJ. is lectotypified. (4) R. palaefolius MATZK. is described as a new species of ser. Discolores (P. J. MÜLL.) FOCKE and illustrated. It is distributed in North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate. Morphological differences between R. palaefolius and the similar R. flaccidus P. J. MÜLL. are being discussed. (5) R. praestans H. E. WEBER has already been described in 1906, but only as a variety (R. pyramidalis var. insignis WIRTG. ex SUDRE). (6) The distribution of R. fimbriifolius P. J. MÜLL. & WIRTG. in Germany is more restricted than previously believed; a similar species formerly mistaken for this taxon is described as R. roberti MATZK. within the series Radula (FOCKE) FOCKE. R. roberti is a commonly found plant in parts of the Eifel, Hunsrück, and Nahe mountains (Rhineland-Palatinate).
