N2  - Při vyjadřování a popisu emocí zaujímají frazémy mezi jazykovými prostředky ojedinělé postavení. Ĉlánek nastiňuje dŧvody k tomuto tvrzení: Prostřednictvím frazémŧ jsou emoce vyjadřovány jednak díky silné expresivní sloţce frazeologického významu, jednak i díky samotnému (expresivnímu) uţití frazému v textu. Některé frazémy rovněţ mohou emoce oznaĉovat (popisovat, tematizovat), resp. k nim svým významem odkazovat (sich die Augen ausweinen können → smutek, zoufalství). Pro ilustraci výše uvedených úvah byla vybrána formálně i sémanticky omezená skupina frazémŧ – verbální frazémy obsahující somatické substantivum. Zvláštní roli tzv. somatických frazémŧ v problematice verbální artikulace a popisu emocí lze vysvětlit jejich frazeologickou aktivitou, vysokou symboliĉností některých somatických komponentŧ (Herz) a především tím, jak odráţejí úzkou interakci mezi emocemi a tělesnými stavy (einen Kloß im Hals haben), resp. jak verbalizují nonverbální projevy mimiky a gestiky (den Kopf hängen lassen).
N2  - As expressions and descriptions of emotions, phrasemes play a prominent role in the language system. The present paper explores reasons for this claim: phrasemes enable the speaker to express emotions both by virtue of the strongly expressive components of phraseological meaning and by the specific use of phrasemes in a text. Certain phrasemes can be used to define emotions and refer to them by means of their denotation (sich die Augen ausweinen können → "sadness", "despair"). In order to illustrate the above considerations, a formally and semantically restricted group of phrasemes was selected: verbal phrasemes involving a somatic noun. The prominent role of these so-called somatic phrasemes in the verbal articulation of emotions can be accounted for by their phraseological productivity, the high degree of symbolicity of certain somatic constituents (Herz "heart"), and, above all, by their ability to reflect the close interaction of emotions and bodily states (einen Kloß im Hals haben) and by the way in which they verbalize non-verbal, mimic and gestural communicative acts (den Kopf hängen lassen).
