Notes on Rhysium Pascoe, 1866 and Rhysium bimaculatum Pascoe, 1866 are provided, and Brechmoidion separatum Martins and Galileo, 2007 is transferred to Rhysium. Keys to species of Compsibidion Thomson, 1864, Brechmoidion Martins, 1969 and Rhysium Pascoe, 1866 are also provided.
