Interesting records of bryophytes from the island Bioko (formerly Fernando Poo), belonging to Equatorial Guinea, are listed. 75 taxa are reported for the first time for Equatorial Guinea. Especially interesting newly reported taxa are e.g. Bazzania praerupta, Iwatsukia jishibae, Syrrhopodon crenulatus, Leiomela africana and Calyptothecium hoehnelii. A phytogeographical analysis of the bryoflora of Bioko and a checklist of the bryophytes of Bioko is presented. At the end of the paper, a few additional new records of bryophytes from different tropical African countries (Kenya, Cameroon, Zaire) are listed.

Es wird über interessante Moosfunde von der zu Äquatorial-Guinea gehörigen Insel Bioko (= Fernando Poo) berichtet. 75 Arten sind neu für die Moosflora von Äquatorial-Guinea. Besonders bemerkenswert sind z.B. die Fundangaben zu Bazzania praerupta, Iwatsukia jishibae, Syrrhopodon crenulatus, Leiomela africana und Calyptothecium hoehnelii. Die Zusammensetzung der Moosflora der Insel wird pflanzengeographisch analysiert und eine Checkliste der Moose der Insel Bioko erstellt. Im Anhang werden einige Neufunde für andere tropische afrikanische Länder aufgeführt (Kenia, Kamerun, Zaire).
