N2  - The genus Rhinolaemus Steel is revised. A new island and a new country record are presented for the type species, R. maculatus Steel. A new species, R. niueensis Thomas, new species, is described from Niue, and Rhinolaemus tuberculatus (Grouvelle), new combination, is transferred from Laemophloeus (sens. lat.). The members of the genus are illustrated and a key to their identification is presented.
