N2  - Die Nardetalia-Gesellschaften im Gebiet Kaufunger Wald - Hirschberg - Meißner (Südniedersachsen, Nordhessen) wurden pflanzensoziologisch untersucht. Dabei konnten Bestände des Violion caninae Schw. 1944 und des Juncion squarrosi (Oberd. 1957) Oberd. 1978 nachgewiesen werden. Die Violion-Rasen gehören zum Hyperico maculati-Polygaletum vulgaris Prsg. in Klapp 1951, das in einer Subassoziation von Avenochloa pratensis und einer Subassoziation von Festuca tenuifolia auftritt. Bei den Juncion squarrosi-Borstgrasrasen wurden neben dem Juncetum squarrosi Nordh. 1922 zwei weitere Typen (Carex panicea-Nardus stricta-Gesellschaft, Sphagnum palustre-Nardus stricta-Gesellschaft) ausgegliedert. Artenarme Nardus-Rasen, die als Nardetalia-Rumpfgesellschaft aufgefaßt werden müssen, werden als Festuca tenuifolia-Nardus stricta-Gesellschaft bezeichnet.
N2  - Phytocoenological investigations on Nardetalia communities were made in the regions of the "Kaufunger Wald", "Hirschberg" and "Meißner" (southern Lower Saxony and northern Hesse, Federal Republic of Germany). In this area, Violion caninae Schw. 1944 and Juncion squarrosi (Oberd. 1957) Oberd. 1978 communities can be found on sandstone and basaltic soils. The Hyperico maculati-Polygaletum vulgaris Prsg. in Klapp 1951 is devided into two subassociations, avenochloetosum pratensis and festucetosum tenuifoliae. Communities of the Juncion squarrosi alliance growing on moist soils are the Juncetum squarrosi, the Carex panicea — Nardus stricta community and the Sphagnum palustre — Nardus stricta community. Nardus-rich stands growing on very poor, acid soils lack all the Violion character species and are therefore regarded only as a fragmentary Nardetalia community (Festuca tenuifolia - Nardus stricta community).
