N2  - Im Rahmen eines Projektes über die Niederwälder des Landes Nordrhein-Westfahlen wurden am Südrand des Teutoburger Waldes Hoch- und Niederwälder des Fagion silvaticae untersucht. Als natürliche Waldgesellschaften dominieren in diesem Raum: 1.) das Melico-Fagetum typicum, 2.) das Asperulo-Fagetum circaeetosum,  3.) das Melico-Fagetum lathyretosum.
N2  - Within the framework of a project on the coppice-woods of North Rhine-Westphalia the high woods and coppice woods of Fagion silvaticae on the southern edge of the Teutoburg Forest were examined. In this area the following wood communities dominate: Melico-Fagetum typicum, Asperulo-Fagetum circaeetosum, Melico-Fagetum lathyretosum.
