Es handelt sich um den Erstnachweis für Nordrhein-Westfalen und den nördlichsten bisher bekannt gewordenen Fundort von Asplenium fontanum in Europa.
N2  - A new locality of Asplenium fontanum (Aspleniaceae, Pteridophyta) on a limestone wall in the vicinity of Wuppertal is described and discussed in connection with distribution and ecology of this species within central Europe. It is the first record from North Rhine-Westphalia and the northermost known locality of Asplenium fontanum in Europe.
