However, following painstaking description and digitalisation, the photo documents are now available on the Internet to researchers in Germany and abroad.
N2  - Das Koloniale Bildarchiv in Frankfurt bietet einzigartige Bildzeugnisse zur deutschen Kolonialgeschichte. Die Sammlung war lange Zeit vergessen. Nach ihrer aufwändigen Erschließung und Digitalisierung stehen die Fotodokumente heute Forschern im In- und Ausland via Internet zur Verfügung.
