• In allen Lebensbereichen des Menschen ist die Kommunikation ein unentbehrliches und wichtiges Instrument. Im heutigen Zeitalter haben sich parallel der rapiden technologischen Entwicklungen und Veränderungen auch die Kommunikation und ihre Ausdrucksweise stark verändert. Wissenschaftliche Studien sind zu dem Entschluss gekommen, dass die Kommunikation zu 7% aus verbalen, zu 33% aus paraverbalen und zu 55% aus nonverbalen Ebenen besteht. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist, zu überprüfen, ob die neuesten Entwicklungen bei der Erstellung von Lehrwerken zum Spracherwerb berücksichtigt worden sind und inwieweit das nonverbale Verhalten in den Videos der Lehrwerke mit der Wirklichkeit adäquat ist. Die vorliegende Arbeit stützt sich auf eine Analyse und Bewertung der 24 Videos des DaF-Lehrwerks "Menschen A1", mit dem Fokus auf die nonverbalen Kanäle nach Constanze Kaiser. Das Gesamtergebnis wird tabellarisch für alle Videoclips nach diesen nonverbalen Kommunikationskanälen aufgezeigt. Mit dieser Arbeit wird beabsichtigt, auf die Rolle der nonverbalen Kommunikation im Fremdsprachenunterricht aufmerksam zu machen, die Videos des DaF-Lehrwerks "Menschen A1" aus nonverbaler Hinsicht zu analysieren und zu bewerten, die Defizite festzustellen und für die Erstellung der neuen Videos aus diesem Blickwinkel Anstoß zu geben.
• Communication is an indispensable and important instrument in all areas of human life. In today's age, in parallel with rapid technological developments and changes, communication and its mode of expression have also changed significantly. Scientific studies have come to the conclusion that communication consists of 7% verbal, 33% paraverbal and 55% non-verbal levels. The aim of this research is to check whether the latest developments in the creation of textbooks for language acquisition have been taken into account and to what extent the nonverbal behavior in the clips of the textbooks is appropriate to reality. This research is based on an analysis and evaluation of the 24 video clips in the German as a foreign language textbook "Menschen A1", with a focus on the nonverbal channels according to Constanze Kaiser. The overall result is shown in a table for all video clips according to these nonverbal communication channels. With this study, it is aimed to draw attention to the importance of nonverbal communication in foreign language teaching, to examine and evaluate the video clips in the German as a foreign language textbook "Menschen A1" in terms of nonverbal communication, to identify its deficiencies, and to take this point of view into consideration in the creation of new videos.
