• Mit zunehmender Nährstoffanreicherung der oligotrophen Gewässer in unserer intensiv genutzten Kulturlandschaft ist ein stetiger Rückgang der Littorelletea-Gesellschaften verbunden. Diese oligotraphenten Wasser- und Sumpfpflanzengesellschaften gehören zum speziellen Vegetationsinventar der nährstoffarmen Diluviallandschaft, sie werden aber in fortschreitendem Maße an ihren natürlichen Standorten durch eutraphente Pflanzen und Pflanzengesellschaften verdrängt.
• The increasing concentration of nutrienta present in the oligotrophie waters of our intensively-utilised cultivated land is leading to a steady decline in the Littorelletea communities. These oligotraphent water and marsh plant communities are apart of the specific vegetation stock of low-nutrient diluvial ground; but they are being increasingly forced out of their natural locations by eutraphent plants and plant communities. The creation of man-made lakes after gravel and sand excavation, however, does lead to the emergence of secondary locations of an oligotrophic nature, which can be occupied by Littorelletea species (e.g. Pilularia globulifera) for a certain time.
