• Die Parallelkorpora sind in den letzten Jahren offensichtlich nicht nur beim Sprachenvergleich, sondern auch beim Fremdsprachenlernen und in der Lexikographie zu einer unentbehrlichen Quelle von authentischen Daten geworden. Das erste funktionsfähige tschechisch-deutsche Parallelkorpus (ČNPK) wurde 2000 - 2005 am Lehrstuhl für deutsche Sprache und Literatur der Pädagogischen Fakultät der MasarykUniversität in Brno erstellt und ist nach manchen Kriterien bis jetzt noch nicht überholt (konsequente Zweisprachigkeit, Proportionen, manche Funktionen). Aber seit 2005 läuft ein Projekt, das uns ein einzigartiges Instrument zur Verfügung stellt. • The Department for German Language and Literature at the Faculty of Education at the Masaryk University in Brno has been participating in the creation of German-Czech parallel corpora since 2000. Since 2005 it has been involved in the multilingual project Intercorp, which has been creating the world's largest academic parallel corpus. This article informs about the mentioned project, describes the process of corpus creation, presents the work with this instrument and shows possibilities of its use in contrastive linguistics and German teacher education.
