N2  - Nach Freilanduntersuchungen, Auswertung von Herbarmaterial und Literaturangaben werden von den an der deutschen Nordseeküste vorkommenden Atriplex-Arten monographisch Nomenklatur, Beschreibung, Blütezeit, Standort und Verbreitung zusammengestellt und z.T. ihre Abgrenzung und Hybriden diskutiert. Dabei stellt sich u.a. heraus, dass A. proatrata und A. littoralis an der Küste weit verbreitet sind, während von A. glabriuscula nach 1970 nur noch zwei Standorte bekannt wurden und A. laciniata 1969 letztmalig gemeldet wurde. A. oalotheca kommt nicht an der deutschen Nordseeküste vor und A. patula meidet den halophytischen Bereich. Als neue Atriplex-Art für die deutsche Nordseeküste wird A. longipea nachgewiesen, die auch in älterem Herbarmaterial unter anderen Artnamen zu finden war. Ferner wird auf die zur Determination wichtigen speziellen morphologischen Charakteristika (z.B. Vorblätter, Kranztypus) der Atriplex-Arten eingegangen, ein Bestimmungsschlüssel für den Bereich der nord- und mitteleuropäischen Küsten aufgestellt, und es werden Laubblätter, Vorblätter und z.T. der Habitus der behandelten Arten abgebildet.
N2  - The study gives morphological descriptions of Atriplex species at the coast of the German North Sea and reports their nomenclature, flowering time, habitat, distribution, delimitation and hybrids. The investigations are based on studies in the field, the herbarium and the Literature. A. prostrota and A. littoralis are found to be widespread at the coast whereas A. glabriusoula (discovered only at two locations since 1970) and A. laciniata (last finding in 1969) are very rare. A. oalotheca does not occur at the German North Sea and A. patula is a weed avoiding the halophytic region. Furthermore the first discovery of A. longipes at the German North Sea is reported; a species, which has been also found in older herbarium records under different designations. The study further contains a key to the species, illustrations of habit, leaves and bracteoles. Notes about special diagnostic characters (e.g. bracteoles, kranz typus venation) of the genus Atriples are included.
