Im Süderbergland kommt die Art an Talsperrenufern im Bidention vor. Die Soziologie von Mimulus guttatus an diesen Standorten veranschaulicht eine Vegetationstabelle.
N2  - Mimulus guttatus, a species originating from North America has become naturalized in our region and occurs mainly in communities belonging to the Rumici-Phalaridion and Chenopodion fluviatilis. In the Süderbergland this species is found in the Bidention on the shores of reservoirs. The phytosociological status of Mimulus guttatus in such situations is elucidated in a vegetation table.
