N2  - Im Rahmen des Interreg III A DeLux – Projektes „Entwicklung von Strategien zur Sicherung von Buchenwäldern“ wurden im Zeitraum 2003 bis 2005 in 16 rheinland-pfälzischen Buchenwäldern Borkenkäferfänge mit Lockstoff-Fallen durchgeführt. Zielart dieses Borkenkäfer-Monitorings war der Laubnutzholzborkenkäfer (Trypodendron domesticum L.), der ab 2001 im nordwestlichen Rheinland-Pfalz einen Stehendbefall an augenscheinlich vitalen Buchen verursachte. Die Auswertung der Beifänge lieferte einen interessanten Einblick in das Artenspektrum der rheinland-pfälzischen Buchenwälder im Hinblick auf die vorkommenden Borkenkäferarten und potentieller Antagonisten aus der Ordnung Coleoptera.
N2  - In the years from 2003 until 2005 in 16 differently structured beech stands in Rhineland-Palatinate a bark beetle monitoring with attractant traps was carried out. The target species of the monitoring was Trypodenron domesticum L. (Coleoptera, Scolytidae), so in the traps the pheromon Lineatin and ethanol were used as attractants. Beside Trypodendron domesticum L. further 28 species of bark beetles and 19 potentially antagonistic species could be proven. The three species of the genus Trypodendron were according to the trap method most frequently. Thanasimus formicarius (Coleoptera, Cleridae) and Rhizophagus depressus (Coleoptera, Rhizophagidae) dominated the catch of potential antagonists with high individual numbers in each case. Both species could be proven just like Rhizophagus bipustulatus, Rhinosimus planirostris and Rhinosimus ruficollis (Coleoptera, Salpingidae) on all investigation areas.
