N2  - Es wird das Epilobio-Prenanthetum purpureae als Kahlschlag- und Verlichtungsgesellschaft beschrieben. Sie wird zum Anlass genommen, die Diskussion über eigenständige Pflanzengesellschaften ohne Kennarten, aber mit Assoziationsrang, fortzuführen. Es wird vorgeschlagen, solche Gesellschaften als Assoziation zu bezeichnen und mit der Endung "-etum" zu versehen, die eine typische und stetig vorkommende Artenkombination aufweisen.
N2  - Epilobio-Prenanthetum purpureae is described as a plant community resulting after complete deforestation. This will reanimate the discussion of distinct plant communities without characteristic species (Dierschke 1992). The suggestion is made to classify as an association with the ending "-etum" those communities, which include a typical, regular combination of species.
