N2  - The determination of kinetic rate constants using the proposed integral technique is more precise than the NMR line shape method only with weakly broadened lines. With rather broad lines the line shape method is to be preferred. The time range of applicability with the integral method compared with the line shape technique is increased by about one order of magnitude in the slow case and even more so in the fast case (depending on the chemical shift). The determination of T2 relaxation times using the integral technique will be useful especially with multiline spectra and with low concentrated samples.
