N2  - Der vorliegende Beitrag zielt einerseits darauf ab, die wichtigsten Eigenarten des Frühbeginns zu erörtern, andererseits ein praxis- und handlungsorientiertes Modell darzustellen, das am Lehrstuhl Deutsch und Deutsch als Nationalitätenkultur der Erziehungswissenschaftlichen Fakultät "Gyula Juhász" der Universität Szeged erprobt wurde. Dieses Modell ermöglicht, Lehramtskandidaten für den Frühbeginn zu sensibilisieren, und einen Exkurs in die Welt dieses Spezialgebietes zu machen.
N2  - Early start in education and teaching has become increasingly common and normal since the 1990s. Foreign language teaching for children is a mainly dynamic, growing sector in several countries. The aim of the present contribution is on the one hand to examine the most important characteristics of the early start of foreign language teaching. On the other hand it also presents a tested, practical and action-oriented model from Szeged, which makes it possible to sensitize teacher candidates for the early beginning of foreign language teaching and to make a kind of excursion into the world of this special field.
