Wiederfund von Sphagnum strictum Sull. im Ebbegebirge (Nordrhein-Westfalen) als aktuell einziger Fund in Deutschland
- Im Naturschutzgebiet „Auf'm Ebbe / Ebbemoore“ (TK 4812/4, Märkischer Kreis, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland) konnte im April 2009 das seit 1959 verschollen geglaubte Torfmoos Sphagnum strictum Sull. wieder aufgefunden werden. Es handelt sich um den aktuell einzigen bekannten Fundort in Deutschland, vielleicht auch in Mitteleuropa, der in Europa nur im atlantischen Nordeuropa vorkommenden Torfmoos-Art.
- In the Nature Reserve „Auf´m Ebbe / Ebbemoore” (TK 4812/4, Märkischer Kreis, North Rhine – Westphalia, Germany) in April 2009 Sphagnum strictum Sull. could be found again for the first time since 1959. It is the only known finding in Germany, maybe also in Middle- Europe, of this in Europe only the atlantic areas of Northern Europe occurring peatmoss taxon.
