CREDIT PROCESS MANAGERS OF BANKS ESTIMATE ECONOMIES OF SCALE AND SKILL ACHIEVABLE BY OUTSOURCING TO BE HIGHER THAN CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICERS OF NON-BANKS DO. FURTHERMORE, ECONOMIES OF SCOPE, WHICH INHIBIT SELECTIVE SOURCING, ARE EVALUATED AS LESS PROBLEMATIC.
