- FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDERS ARE EXPOSED TO DIFFERENT SOURCES OF INSTITUTIONAL PRESSURE ARISING FROM THE INTENSE COMPETITION AND REGULATION IN THE BANKING SECTOR.
