THE ANALYSIS OF OVER 1.5 MILLION TWEETS REVOLVING AROUND TEN CAR MANUFACTURERS SUGGESTS THAT COMPANIES CAN INCREASE THEIR SALES VOLUME THROUGH GREATER RELATIONSHIP INVESTMENT AND BY ADOPTING A SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY THAT PROMOTES THE USERS’ RELATIONSHIP SATISFACTION.
