Este artigo visa apresentar algumas reflexões sobre sociedade e educação pensadas a partir da Teoria Crítica que, especialmente, no pensamento de T. W. Adorno, postula a interpretação e a transformação da sociedade e do conhecimento por ela produzido como premissa básica de uma educação emancipatória. A crítica ao positivismo, a constatação das antinomias entre cultura e administração são instrumentos para a análise do construtivismo, da discussão sobre democratização do ensino e das formulações que estabelecem ligações imediatas entre relações interpessoais e democracia.
A sociedade como um todo vivencia uma crise de ordem ética, mas de uma ética, sobretudo, coletiva. As “pequenas” barbáries instalam-se silenciosamente na sociedade, fomentadas por um sistema econômico que, na sua raiz, é excludente e implacável com aqueles que não se enquadram de alguma forma nele. As pequenas banalizações das injustiças criam elementos que alertam para a possibilidade de que Auschwitz se repita, medo presente e evidenciado por Adorno nas suas obras mais importantes. Os objetivos deste trabalho são responder aos seguintes questionamentos: 1) como traduzir para o dia-a-dia da educação a desconstrução da cultura de violência e preconceito que avança em todo o mundo? 2) Como trabalhar uma pedagogia da imaginação, que seja, antes de mais nada, a condição de imaginar o outro, de imaginar-se no lugar do outro? 3) Quais as bases epistemológicas norteadoras de tal objetivo? Para tanto, verificar-se-á que, por meio da pedagogia do antipreconceito, fundamentada sobretudo no pensamento de Adorno, de Horkheimer e de Marcuse, é possível promover a interdisciplinaridade que aproxime razão de afeto e que denuncie a negação do preconceito, esclarecendo, ainda, que para se fazer uma sociedade mais humanizada torna-se impositivo passar pela desconstrução, pela compreensão e pela reconstrução da educação. Entender e esclarecer como o homem médio viabiliza as posturas excludentes e preconceituosas, impostas tanto pela condição humana quanto pelo capitalismo contemporâneo, no cotidiano da educação constitui uma de suas metas. Enfim, o trabalho propõe-se afirmar a possibilidade de uma ética para a sociedade tecnológica e de semiformação, fundamentada na pedagogia do antipreconceito, cuja finalidade seja a formação de sujeitos conscientes das limitações da ciência e do uso da tecnologia para impedir a barbárie, cuja bandeira seja a do combate à intolerância e às violências e o instrumento principal seja a imaginação.
Responding to inadequate awareness of the outstanding importance of biodiversity, the BioFrankfurt network was founded in 2004 in the State of Hesse, Germany. It is presented here as a case study and may serve as a model for other parts of the world, such as the Middle East. In 2007, only about 26% of the German population were familiar with the term “Biodiversity”, and most of them only had a vague idea about its meaning. The BioFrankfurt network of institutions addressed this problem, raising public awareness and supporting research, education and conservation. A regional biodiversity education program has been developed and delivered to more than 500 schools. Since 2007, an innovative public relations campaign combines raising awareness on regional biodiversity issues with activities to improve the public image of the Frankfurt area. Because of its geographical focus, the network’s activities gained the attention of local and regional politicians and other decision makers, culminating in the joint establishment of a new Biodiversity and Climate Research Centre by BioFrankfurt member institutions. The success of current activities attracts interesting partners, resulting in challenging cooperation initiatives. The authors are convinced that the network’s concepts and activities have a great potential to profoundly enhance the notion and acceptance of biodiversity issues elsewhere. Alljährlich wird von der "Arbeitsgemeinschaft Objektive Hermeneutik" eine Tagung ausgerichtet, in deren Rahmen Vorhaben und/oder Ergebnisse von Forscher/innen, die mit der Methode der objektiven Hermeneutik arbeiten, vorgestellt und diskutiert werden. Für die diesjährige Tagung wurde mit "Bildung und Unterricht" ein inhaltlicher Schwerpunkt gelegt, der in vier Blöcken diskutiert wurde: "Berufliches Handeln im Kontext von Bildungsinstitutionen", "Wirkungen des Unterrichts und deren Analyse", "Zur Ordnung des Unterrichts"; in einem vierten Block wurden Fragen der Methode aufgegriffen, z.B. inwieweit sich fremdsprachige Unterrichtstranskripte analysieren lassen. Eine der zentralen Diskussionen der Tagung betraf das Verhältnis von Erziehungs- und Sozialwissenschaften. Als strittig erwies sich die Frage, ob die gewinnbringende Anwendung der Methode der objektiven Hermeneutik in der Unterrichtsforschung an eine dem Forschungsgebiet und dessen "Eigenstruktur" verpflichtete theoretische Perspektive gebunden ist.
Auf der letzten SUNG-Tagung vor zwei Jahren versuchte ich in meinem Vortrag vor allem darauf hinzuweisen, dass wir als Lehrer und Germanisten, in unserem Beruf geisteswissenschaftlich ausgerichtet, im heutigen informationsbesessenen Zeitalter mit dessen arbeitstechnischen Zwängen zu unserer eigentlichsten Aufgabe der Erziehung und Bildung in einem umfassenderen als nur informationsorientierten Sinn immer seltener, wenn überhaupt kommen. Dabei richtete ich den Blick in die Vergangenheit, auf die früheren Auslegungen der Begriffe Erziehung und Bildung, um uns die gegenwärtigen bedenklichen Entwicklungen in diesem Bereich vor Augen zu führen und ins Bewusstsein zu rufen, auf was für wertvolle Ideen unserer Vorgänger wir mehr oder weniger leichten Herzens verzichten bzw. zu verzichten gezwungen werden, soweit sie uns in der prekären Lage heute überhaupt noch als erstrebenswert erscheinen...
With the ratification of the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages (ECRM) the Romanian state guarantees all members of national minorities the right to preserve, develop and express their ethnic, cultural, linguistic and religious identity.
The charter offers a catalogue of more than 100 activities; at least 35 should be chosen and put into practice by the member states, as is stated in the Declaration of Commitment.
The article analyses, using the example of “education”, which activities Romania has chosen in its first report on the implementation of ECRM (2010) and how the international commission of experts evaluate the application of the Charter in Romania in their inspection report (2012).
Ziel: Die Evaluation der DEGUM-Mammasonografiekurse nach objektivierbaren Kriterien war Ziel dieser Arbeit. Damit sollte die Qualität der Kurse überprüft werden, um eine flächendeckende Fort- und Weiterbildung auf hohem Niveau anzubieten.
Material und Methoden: 10 Qualitätskriterien, orientierend an den Vorgaben der KBV-Ultraschallvereinbarungen wurden als Qualitätsparameter definiert. Alle Kursleiter des Arbeitskreises Mammasonografie der DEGUM wurden angeschrieben. Dabei wurden die 10 definierten Qualitätskriterien überprüft.
Ergebnisse: Alle Kurse erfüllten die Voraussetzungen bezüglich der Qualität des Kursleiters, der Kursdauer und Unterrichtseinheiten sowie der Anzahl an Kursteilnehmern pro Ultraschallgerät. In 1 von 9 Kursen wurde die Zeit der praktischen Übungen, gefordert sind 50 %, unterschritten. Die Voraussetzungen für den Abschlusskurs (200 selbst durchgeführte und dokumentierte Fälle) sind in den Kursankündigungen zum Teil nicht klar definiert. Ein strukturierter Lehrkatalog fehlt.
Schlussfolgerung: Die DEGUM-Mammasonografiekurse werden auf hohem Niveau angeboten und erfüllen zum größten Teil die Anforderungen der KBV. Trotz der hohen Qualität der DEGUM-Kurse sind Optimierungsoptionen im Bereich Kursankündigung und strukturierter Lehrkatalog möglich.
Introduction: In 2008, the German Council of Science had advised universities to establish a quality management system (QMS) that conforms to international standards. The system was to be implemented within 5 years, i.e., until 2014 at the latest. The aim of the present study was to determine whether a QMS suitable for electronic learning (eLearning) domain of medical education to be used across Germany has meanwhile been identified.
Methods: We approached all medical universities in Germany (n=35), using an anonymous questionnaire (8 domains, 50 items).
Results: Our results (response rate 46.3%) indicated very reluctant application of QMS in eLearning and a major information deficit at the various institutions.
Conclusions: Authors conclude that under the limitations of this study there seems to be a considerable need to improve the current knowledge on QMS for eLearning, and that clear guidelines and standards for their implementation should be further defined.
The Methodological seminar was conducted by the scientific journal “Philosophy of Education” (Institute of Higher Education, National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine). The participants of the seminar were Prof. Panos Eliopoulos (University of Peloponnese, Greece), Lyudmyla Gorbunova, Mykhailo Boychenko, Olga Gomilko, Mariia Kultaieva, Volodymyr Kovtunets, Sergiy Kurbatov, Anna Laktionova, Tetiana Matusevych, Natalia Radionova, Iryna Stepanenko, Maya Trynyak and Viktor Zinchenko. On March 30, 2016, a methodological seminar was conducted at the Institute of Higher Education NAES of Ukraine. This seminar was devoted to the discussion of educational problems in the area of mass culture, and relative opportunities for the development of individuality. The report «Mass culture, education and the perspective of individuality» was made by Panos Eliopulos, professor of Peloponnese University, a member of journal’s «Філософія освіти. Philosophy of Education” editorial board. The scientists from the Institute of Higher Education, Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Skovoroda National Pedagogical University of Kharkiv participated in this event. Designated issues were observed primarily from the point of view of the Frankfurt School representatives, as well as representatives of modern critical philosophy of education and critical pedagogy. It was emphasized that T.Adorno’s ideas and ideas of other Frankfurt School members, which were developed in the middle of the last century, continue to be relevant in current socio-cultural contexts. The technical rationalism which became the rationalism of dominance in the context of technological civilization, could not provide the way toward the liberation of man and the development of his or her individuality. Market society with its instrumental rationality leads to homogenization and standardization of mass culture and as a result, we have a semi-education, leading to destruction of personality and social pathologies. The panelists agreed that semi-education reflects the crisis of ideals of education and training as far as a suspension of human emancipation process. Due to suspension of the creative process of a person formation, replacing it by the processes of stereotyping based on mimetic rationality, culture itself loses creative potential. The process of degradation of education and culture in the semi-education eventually leads to its destruction at theoretical level and the elaboration of the practice of anti-education. Only through returning of the individual and maintaining his or her social importance due to the tools of holistic education it is possible to overcome such stereotyping. For Frankfurt School members, and those who share their ideals, true education in its meta-theoretical sense becomes the important factor, contributing to the emancipation of society and individual. This idea is particularly important in the context of contemporary challenges and threats from instrumentalization of approaches to the process of transformation of the Ukrainian culture and education.
У статті розглядаються соціокультурні контексти створення і рецепції теорії напівосвіти Т. Адорно на основі широкого застосування біографічного методу, що дозволило розкрити інтенціональність цієї теорії крізь призму спогадів учнів і колег. Запропоновано аргументативне підкріплення тези Ю. Габермаса про внутрішню роздвоєність теоретизування Адорно. Аналізуються інтерпретаційні схеми поняття Bildung (освіта, культура, формування) у німецькому ідеалізмі, де домінує семантика формування, а патології цього процесу відповідно концептуалізуються як деформації та розпад форм у різноманітніх маніфестаціях напівосвіти. Теорія напівосвіти є передусім діагностикою стану сучасних розвинутих суспільств, де засобами масової культури постійно продукуються такі патології, як відчуження і стани масового психозу. Цьому сприяє також тенденція рефеодалізації, яка, в свою чергу, виступає також симптоматикою духовної кризи постсучасності. Одним з проявів цієї кризи є радикальний антипод освіти - антиосвіта, яка є наслідком відмови сучасних навчальних і виховних практик від гуманістичної ідеї освіти. Для виходу із стану кризи критичної рефлексії потребують не тільки напівосвіта і антиосвіта, а й сама ідея освіти.
