- El edificio está incluido en la segunda fase del programa constructivo de esta importante firma industrial, y está destinado a albergar el centro administrativo y contable de la empresa. Consta de sótano, planta baja y ocho plantas superiores, con tres núcleos de comunicación vertical, localizados en escaleras y ascensores, y grupos sanitarios. La estructura es de hormigón armado; los cerramientos, de piezas especiales de hostalit, y las ventanas, de vidrio termopane.
- L'édifice, inclus dans la deuxième phase du programme constructif de cette importante firme industrielle, est destiné à abriter le centre administratif de l'entreprise. Il se compose de sous-sol, rez-de-chaussée et huit niveaux supérieurs, avec trois noyaux de communication verticale, constitués par les escaliers et les ascenseurs, et de groupes sanitaires. L'ossature est en béton armé, les murs de pièces spéciales de hostalit et les fenêtres à vitres thermopane.
- The building forms part of the second phase of the construction programme of this important industrial firm and is designed as the administration and accountant centre. It consists of basement, ground floor and eight more floors, with three vertical communication nuclei: staircases,lifts and sanitary installations. The structure is of reinforced concrete; the enclosures of special pieces of hostalite and the windows are of thermopane glass.
- Das Gebäude ist in der 2. Phase des Bauprogramms dieser bedeutenden Firma mit einbegriffen und ist als derer Administrations- und Buchhaltungszentrum geplant worden. Der Bau umfasst: Kellergeschoss, Erdgeschoss und 8 weitere Etagen; drei vertikale Kommunikationspunkte, nämlich Treppen, Fahrstühle und sanitäre Anlagen. Die Struktur ist aus Stahlbeton; die Umschliessungen aus Spezialteile aus Hostalit und die Fenster aus Thermopanescheiben.
